| HIGH SEASON RATES May 15 to October 1, daily rate plus (5 night minimum) Holidays, school breaks & local festivals (7 night minimum): $400.00 weekdays $450.00 weekends OFF SEASON RATES Oct 2 to May 15 daily rate, except for holidays, school breaks & local festivals (4 night minimum): $300.00 FOR WEEKDAYS AND $350.00 WEEKENDS RATES ARE FOR 10 PEOPLE. ADDITIONAL PEOPLE ARE AT $25.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. SPECIAL RATES Ask about our special rates for small groups or weekly and monthly rentals. DEPOSIT A deposit of $500.00 is due with registration form. DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED AFTER CHECKOUT IF THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO HOUSE CANCELLATION POLICY: YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED IF HOUSE IS RE-RENTED, MINUS A SMALL FEE FOR RE-BOOKING. CLEANING FEE A cleaning fee of $75.00-$150.00 will be charged depending on the size of your group. |

| CHECK-IN TIME Check-in time is 4pm or later. CHECK-OUT TIME Check-out time is 11a.m. or earlier. PETS & SMOKING POLICIES We love pets, but please no pets in the house. Please, no smoking inside. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES Fishing, crabbing, lighthouses, museums, horseback riding on the beach, world class golf courses, wild life park petting zoo, galleries, shopping, many restaurants, and miles of beachcombing. |
